RTO Celebrations and Alumni Launch Success   It was a great pleasure to be celebrating Seed Training Group being approved as an accredited registered training organisation together with our Seed Alumni Launch on Wednesday, 4th of October.   Our Seed Alumni was established to bring together Seed Trainees to build a strong network of community. Our mission is to create a mutually beneficial alumni that will strengthen and engage the Seed alumni community and support Seed’s vision for years to come.
Our trainees were invited for a networking evening and also had the chance to listen to our Guest Speaker, Fur Wale, on “Mastering Small Talk For Success”. The attendees really enjoyed the interactive and informative session and took away some great tips that they can use in their future networking events.

“This session was very helpful and I have got some tips on how to boost my confidence when talking to people using techniques suggested by Fur”, says Sophia, our lucky draw winner.   According to Fur Wale, “Small talk is a social lubricant, which is the foundation of our everyday welfare, both in private and professional lives. It is a way to make contact with people, and the glue that creates and maintains contact with friends, colleagues and business partners.”

Seed Accounting Competition Winner – Jessica Mah

To add to the celebrations, we also seized the opportunity to announce and reward our winner from our September Seed Accounting Competition. The winner, Jessica Mah won a SAP Learning Hub – Student Edition 12 Months Subscription valued at $795. “The competition was very challenging but it really helped me to push myself and realise my potential” says Jessica. 

The event ended with a lucky draw, whereby our lucky winner, Sophia was offered an Accounting Job Application Package valued at $299.  

Our Alumni Launch was a great success and we look forward to having more fun and informative events for our trainees.
