How will the training programs help me with my career?

Here at Seed Training Group, we believe that success is achieved through a series of decisions made in directions that matter. This means that, while everyone is entitled to a fruitful career, some may need a few more tiny steps in the right direction to get started.

The basis of our training services revolve around providing the necessary practical skills needed for you to be able to utilise, either in your relevant role, or to make your resume stand-out with comprehensive and quantifiable proficiencies that employers look for. This also puts you ahead of your competitors who are yet to take the first step!

Where would the training take place?

All our training programs are conducted at our modern office on Collins Street. However, we may also tailor some of our programs to be conducted on our client’s establishment (only applied to companies).

How to get here? [Public Transport/Driving]

We are located at Level 10, 356 Collins Street Melbourne 3000 VIC

❏     Take any train from the suburbs into the CBD, our office is only 4 minutes’ walk away from Flinders Street Station.

❏     Tram Routes 11, 31, 48 and 109 on Collins Street. Get off at Stop 5 – Elizabeth St/Collins St (Melbourne City). Alternatively, Tram Route 19, 57 and 59 on Elizabeth Street will stop at the corner of Elizabeth and Collins Street.

Where can I park?

There are numerous street parking spots in and around Collins, Elizabeth and Queen Street areas. Additionally, you will also find plenty of covered, long-term parking facilities around the Melbourne CBD area.

We use various software packages at Seed Training Group.

How and when do I pay for the programs?

We are committed to providing the most convenient and hassle-free methods of payment to our clients to minimise any inconvenience that may arise. At this point of   time, we accept almost all types of payments ranging from, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, PayPal, Direct Debit, Bank Transfer and BPay.

It is advised that all outstanding amount should be paid by the start date of any of our programs. Additional fees may apply for any outstanding amounts paid after the program start date.

What happens if I cancel my program?

We always strive to provide high-quality training services to all our clients. As per our Refund Policy, no refunds, in part or in full, will be provided AFTER the start date of our programs. If you wish to cancel your program BEFORE the start date, an administration fee of 15% will be deducted from your payment.

In any case of an unexpected or unusual circumstance requiring the cancellation of a program, please speak to one of our friendly Team Members.

Can I defer my program to a later date?

We understand that sometimes things don’t always go as planned. Should you find the need to defer your program to a later date, please contact us at 1300 369 809 or at to discuss your options. Please note that all new deferred dates should not exceed six (6) months from the original start date.

What if I have to reschedule the day(s) for my program?

Our schedule flexibility is something that we are proud of. If you are not able to attend any day that you have scheduled, please contact us at 1300 369 809 or at and we will be happy to reschedule your training day to one that you are most convenient with.

What if I need more time for the program?

It is absolutely vital to us that you are able to complete our programs to your highest proficiency level possible. What days in the week does Seed Training Group run the course?

We strive to keep our training schedules flexible based on our clients’ needs. Currently, we conduct our training 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm.

What are the office operating hours?

Our administration office operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We are also open on Saturdays, 9am – 5pm for training.
